그간 장비 제조사의 매뉴얼만을 가지고 아쉬운 대로 레이저를 적용해왔던 분이나 조만간 레이저 치료기를 도입할 예정이신 분들께 반가운 타이틀입니다.


이 책의 저자들은 말 그대로 수의학에서 레이저 치료의 선구자들로 레이저를 활용한 치료/보조치료 요법에 대하여 알기쉽게 설명하면서도 덜 알려진 다양한 용도에서의 활용법도 기술하고 있으며 레이저의 가장 기본인 '안전'에 대해서도 중요하게 다루고 있읍니다.



사실상 레이저, 심부초음파, 적외선 등의 기본적인 원리는 목표로 하는 환부에 '에너지를 전달하여 활성을 증가시켜 원하는 효과를 획득하는 것'으로 동일합니다.

다만 각각의 특성, 장단점, 활용의 편의 그리고 해당 행위에 있어서 비용청구의 용이성 정도에서 차이가 나는 것이라 해도 될 정도입니다 

(약간 무리가 있는 부분이 있겠지요)


따라서 레이저치료기를 보유하고 있지 않는 상태라고 하더라도 재활, 물리치료, 통증관리에 대하여 관심이 있는 분이라면 한번 보실만 하다고 생각합니다.
